Imperial Ford let a customer walk out....

I made an appointment to test drive the Kuga, , and after seeing the Kuga on the road, my wife (the purchaser) was keen on it. The appointment was for 9.30, but we were an hour late (my wife had a hairdresser appointment) anyway, I could not remember the sales guys name, so when we got there, a sales guy approaches me and I said we are here to see the Kuga, and explained why we are late.
