Imperial Ford Germiston Lack of service and ripped me off with my service plan

Never been so ********** in my life, in 2017 I bought a Ford Figo from Imperial Ford Germiston like all car dealerships promised the world but not the fine print obviously, took my car for the first year service and all well this year I booked my service for the 27 September 2019 (Today) to my despair I got a call saying my service plan expired 12 September 2019 oh well that's nice so firstly no one could pick up a phone of send a lousy sms saying when are you booking your service its about to expire or when I called say hey Mam your plan expired they make me bring my car in then a Justin phones me well your service planned expired on the 12th well that only a few days later I couldn't bring it by the 12th and also NO ONE INFORMED ME normal dealerships reminds you but not ford germiston well not to worry I have a premium maintenance plan that includes an extended service plan but wait there's a catch again it only kicks in from the 3rd year or 60 000 km but that's not what my contract says I was taken for a ride from the beginning just be cautious when buying from Imperial Ford Germiston they only care about customers when it comes to selling afterwards you are nothing
