Imperial Ford Airport Park, No Customer Service at All

November 2018 i bought a used Chevrolet Captiva but the left hand side mirror kept on coming off whenever i adjust. It took the 7 months to fix it. Further to that when i took the car in for a 15000km service they picked up that the tyres are wearing off due to no proper alignment done prior to me purchasing the car. I was told that the vehicle could have been in an accident. Even today i have been asking them to replace the tyres but they seem not to care about customer service. their head office promised to come back to me because i laid a complaint with them, it is not 2 weeks. I have done the alignment myself, i just want the replacement of the tyres since it's not at all my fault
