Great Attitude & Awesome Customer Service!!!

WOW, what do I say to Jimmy Kasner, Manager @ Imperial Ford Diepriver and Tania Sumner Dynamic Bubbly Passionate sales lady except WOW!!! THANK YOU for the great deal you put together for me but most especially for making it possible for my son to drive what I term a demo car off the lot. The red bow, red carpet ropes and champagne cooling in ice bucket on red covered table made the experience an awesome one for him. He remains over the moon simple, gushes and wakes me when he gets home just to tell me something else he discovered about the car :-) Jimmy you continue to live up to your sterling reputation having provided me with nearly all my cars over the past 20 years and this is now my 2nd car bought through the Imperial Group so that says something about the cars sold through this group. I am still driving my brand new Yaris 9 years later and now my son will have the opportunity to experience that same quality of service and enjoyment.
