Ford do not honor their warrenty

I Finally had the Head Technical Engineer from Ford South Africa assess my vehicle. They told me that my vehicle was fine and nothing was wrong at all with it. The following day i managed to record the car faulting again when slowing to a hault at which i drove the vehicle in right away to show them again and that i had the video footage . To cut a long story short i have had no luck with the dealership at all or with Ford South africa. I dont see why i have to live with faulty goods that were recorded of a recall back in 2013 and 2014 for the same problem. I had no choice but to trade my car in with vw and at the same time made them aware of the problem. My advice to everyone is not to buy a Ford as they DO NOT honor their warrenty promised and it seems that the Head Engineer from Ford has no clue what he is doing as he failed to assess my vehicle properly.
