Faulty Brakes after service!
My Ford was booked in for a service as part of the service plan for it's 2 year/ 40 000km service.

Based on the nature of my job I need a vehicle and booked a day of leave just to take my car in for a service.
I was informed that my brakes needed to be replaced after only 36 000km.

When I collected my car, I waited for 20 minutes to be helped and another 20 minutes, as they lost my car keys. I then noticed that my brakes were making strange noises and my car shook when using my brakes. I contacted the dealer and I was informed to bring my car in the morning ant that it would take 10 minutes for the technician to have a look- After an hour I was then informed that I needed to leave my car there and that my brakes were faulty (after they serviced it and I paid R2500). This is a huge inconvenience as I had client appointments and needed a car.

The technician then informed me, on my request to see my old parts, (which they should have given to me when collecting my car) that the ford fiesta brakes have a new design and that the old ones have factory faults.
Why should I now pay for a factory fault and put up with this appalling service!

Ford SA needs to take action.
