DISGUSTING SERVICE

This is the worst dealership ever! bought a ford focus 2013 model on 22/10/2013 demo and just a month after the car turned 1 the belt completely snapped! and now im sitting with a car that's leaking puddles of oil and this dealership principle and regional manager says its not their problem! what **** is that!!?? and to top it off, the car was sold without a damn service book we we are still struggling to get and the car had two warrants of arrest on it! we kept getting pulled over and didn't know why, then went to the magistrate court only to find out about the two warrants! the police wanted to impound our car and we were amazed and disgusted when we found out why. the people are extremely unprofessional and yet ford doesn't wanna accommodate us after selling us such a piece of **** and they know it!! PEOPLE DONT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! they just spin you stories to get the cars sold and when its done then they tell you its not their problem! nnow we are inconvenienced again and stranded without a car! whats the damn point in paying for a car that's mostly in a freaking workshop!!!!
