damaged tire

on 26th January I left my Ford Focus at Imperial Ford Kempton Park for bearing repair. After they couldn't provide me with a loan vehicle for the 2 days (as they actually said they will) my vehicle was in their possession, they returned it 29hours later without letting me sign any paperwork that repair was done and I discovered a bubble on one of the tires. I notified them, they ignored my e mails. I sent the tire for assessment to Continental's head office and they came back saying it's not a manufacturing fault. Now I am sitting in a position where not even the dealer principal can make a decision. he has to wait for his service manager whom by the way was rude to my wife as well. they have caused me great inconvenience. now I got Ford head office involved as well. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY OR RECOMEND FORD. NEVER!
