bad service from reception and used sales manager

been trying to get hold of the used sales manager for about 30min or more, keeps dropping the call on me, eventually get the receptionist to do the same ? best to redo training on the staff. i actually bought my vehicle from mazda germiston, but from today i will never recommend you guys to anybody.
