Bad service and complaint to Mazda customercare

In December 2016 i had a breakdown on my car. The car was towed from George to Beaufort West, I had made arrangments with the dealership in George (George Imperial Mazda/Ford), to check for faults aswell as service the car for me. During the time that my car was at the George delership, I recieved a notification from my tracking service the my car was moving at 144km/h on the N2. When I confronted the dealership about this , I got a response saying that they wanted to make sure there was no carbon build up that occured, in that same response it was also said that they rarely get Mazda RX-8's so they took a chance to drive it around. I asked my father to collect my car after the service was done and my breakdown resolved in which i asked that they sign off the service documentation. When i collected my car and drove it back to Cape Town i picked up that the car was under performing, I then phoned the George dealership and I got told I must take the car to Cape Town dealership because they wont be able to help. I arranged for an inspection at the Cape Town dealership and the follwing problems was detected:
1.Car lag in power
2.Car jerking when pulling away
3.Foreign white susbstance on engine covers
4.Silicon on oxygen sensor connections
5. Main air Filters was purchase for no reason

After the complaint the guy at Mazda customercare ask me what is my complaint about and never come back to me, so any how have a probleem with a dealership go to the Ombudsman because the dealership customercare department do not come back to you.

I had to ask for help on the RX8club.com and they help me and told me what to do, so I had to import new coils and replaced it myself.
