Amazing Service

On 2 occasions my car had to go inn for repairs after breaking down. Once my engine was replaced and the other time my gearbox. Even though we had delay with parts, and I'm still waiting on a second clutch I have had nothing but good service from 2 people at Imperial Ford. Munsoor Kriel has always tried to go above and beyond and keeps me informed and updated with progress and has even arranged for a courtesy car. Andrew from Service also always mails me to let me know what is happening. My experience has been nothing but good from both of these guys and even though I was without a car I always left with a smile knowing the issues were going to be resolved as quickly as the possibly could be. Thanks guys for going the extra mile.
