False promises

I purchased my polo vivo 2015 blueline from Ford in diep river in last year september. SInce purchasing the vehicle i have had numerous issues come up with it. When i purchased the vehicle i was told that any issues that come up with it in the first 6 months from purchase will be attended to.

The most recent issue, that was within the first 6 months period, was the aircon that made a clicking sound when i turned it on. I took it in for the issue and was told "All polos make that sound" by Thomas Kleinhans. Once i took my vehicle in for its yearly service i was quoted for R4000 for my aircons circulatory system. I contacted the dealership on numerous occasions and was told my Duncan Scott that he would contact me, yet that was 3 weeks ago.

I have dealt with Reginald Petersen who sold me the vehicle, then thomas kleinhans and then Duncan Scott. I only want my vehicle to be attended to as i was promised that the issues in the first 6 months would be attended to but i am just being ignored. I trusted what was told to me yet i get quoted R4000 from VW claremont for the repair. I dont know why i had to be **** to and now im being ignored with no communication at all. Please assist me with what was promised.
