<p>Was quoted R1800 for a full service based on the amount of rooms that I wanted cleaned. When the cleaning service came, they did not do all the rooms and did not clean properly, but insisted they had to leave as it was late. Now, I get told that I must book another service and pay again. Mailed the boss, Reagan, but he does not respond and Melissa has the worst customer service I have ever come across. Unfortunately, if a quote is under R2500 you have to pay the full amount upfront. What a ******* - definately not value for money.</p>
