Waiting 2 months for a windscreen replacement !

I purchased a Mercedes from Imperial Select 2 months ago, I am still waiting for my cracked windscreen to be replaced ! <br> After numerous phone calls , still no feedback or explanation from the Manager.<br> I have been more than patient & this is very bad service !
