Emperial Select ****** Me. ( Useless car dealer.)

I bought a Vehicle ( Hyndai H1 ) at Emperial Select Umhlanga Brunch Durban. They Included car delivery , registration and Crystal fusion Technology when they do financing,

They charged me R 4500 for registation and delivery and R 2133 for crystal fusion.

and they never register the vehicle, and app**** crystal fusion, i paid registration and number plates by myself at traffic department.

Now i am just paying for crystal fusion and they never app**** it on my vehicle. i phoned them to sort it out and refund my money but they just ignoring me.

They ****** me, why should i pay for something that i have never recieved or use?
