BAD service delivery

<p>I purchase a car by Imperial Boksburg a Volvo T5R-Design, with a lot of faults, the dealer agreed to fix all the problems i identified, part from that I had to fill the dealers form is 5 times every time there was something wrong or incorrect, going back to the car- I took it to the dealers mechanic and told him all wrong with the car, he phones a few places scorching the spares, but he was in Bennoni and the Volvo agents were near me Sandton, Rivionia etc. I told him I will get the spares i just wanted him to install the spares, but didn't get back to me I installed it myself and asked the dealer to refund me the moneys but is going for almost 3 months (September to Nov) now when I phoned the dealer every time he can't talk to me in meetings, or very busy with clients and promised to call me back I have been calling him now for the past 2 months every week but to no avail. The dealer name it Shane Hartnick at Boksburg Imperial select on Cnr Atlas & Northrand road. I have proof of all the emails send to him asking for any response. But no avail getting anything from the dealer, I logged a complaint with Imperial select already but still no response from them as well.</p> <p>Very despondent Des Hoffman.</p>
