Bad Customer Service

Hi Hello Peter My daughter bought second hand car from Imperial Kia/ Hynduai in Menlyn Park 224 Garsfontein Roan in Menlyn. The car was in a terrible condition that I had to take it back for repairs. We met with the guy by the name of Siphiwe Mtshali who promised us that the car will be fixed, it will come back with full licence disc and the number plates. We reported a car technical problem that he promised to ensure that it is fixed. The took the car for about four weeks. When the car was brought to my daughter, the technical problem was not fixed and we did tell the sales person who delivered the car. No number plates and no car disk licence. I normally communicate with the sales person by the name of Melta, nobody seems to be prepared to help us in this matter. Please Hello Peter help us as we cant pay for a car that is not fully fixed.
