Disgusting behaviour & calls customers ******s if they in the wrong

Bad service from Imperial Bodyworks in Dundee. Never in my life have I come across a panelbeat company who has NO customer service & lies to a person that it takes 3 months to replace a windscreen & that no supplier has one according to Jessica & the owner himself who told me that. I will not advise anyone to use them as they have the worst attitudes & then get told by the owners wife that "don't you dare get angry & shout" when a person is unhappy & calls security to remove you from the premises. Disgusting & then still says a person is a ******. The biggest problem is that there is NO communication & honesty with customers. And because the receptionist Jessica is pregnant now the whole world must stand still as she can't cope but she is the one telling the lies & giving attitude to customers. Disgusting & the worst experience with any dealership we had to deal with and surely the last time.
