So ********* - stay far away. Avoid business with them

Yesterday I was browsing for cars on Pricecheck. I came across the Ford Ecosport that I like for very low mileage and a very good price. While chatting online to a consultant he confirmed the car was still available. I submitted queries on both Pricecheck and Imperial Auto. A while later someone called from Imperial Diepriver telling me the car has been sold. Later that afternoon the car was still listed on the Site. I submitted queries indicating I'm still interested if the deal doesn't go through. A lady from Imperial called and said someone from the dealership will revert. No one did. This morning I was browsing Pricecheck again. The exact same car was listed but this time R25 000 higher. I submitted a query again pointing that out. I was chatting to an online consultant again who said they’ll look into it. In the mean time I phone Diepriver and spoke to a gentleman who confirmed it is the same car and that it could have been a mistake because they only have the one. The online consultant then reverted saying their busy with the invoicing for the deal that was communicated to me yesterday and that the ad will go down once concluded. They just listed the same car again because they are expecting another to come in so they’re advertising it already. Mind you it will be a different colour though with higher mileage. How convenient. Conrad eventually came back to confirm the online consultants’ story. Isn’t it false advertising though? Are they allowed to do that?
