Imperial George rip-off

I bought a car though Imperial Select George in October this year. When I took possession of the car I was under the understanding that everything would have been checked and taken care of mechanically as Imperial is a reputable company. Upon receiving the car I checked the service papers and there were some issue I couldn’t understand so I questioned the dealership as to when the last time the car was serviced. But the time I got the car it was over 115 000 kms and the service book said the next service was supposed to be at 115 000 kms or a year after the preceding date of service which was Jan 17 2016. I questioned this with the sales person I had been dealing with Barend van Tonder and he told me that although the service was not done he had asked the dealership to have it done before the sale. We came to the understanding that I should pay for the next service and they will then reimburse me (This was a second cost that I was promised such, the first related to registration costs which I was also asked to cover and will be reimbursed for). Based on that conversation he told me that the service needed was merely a change of oil service which was minor. I took the car in and the assessment of service was totally different with the cost coming to an astonishing plus R6000 cost. I then informed Barend and at this stage he kept quite and I have folloed up numerous times and no response. I’ve had to pay for the service as the garage told me that the car had not had the proper service it was meant to have gotten at either 90 000 or 105 000 kms and hence it needed major service. I had bought the car on the understanding that it had historic service history and when I heard that some major service had been skipped I was very upset. I now need the dealership to deal with the cost for the service incurred as well as the registration costs that they haven’t reimbursed me with.
