Constant Scripted Message

<p>I recently used Imperial Auto online facility to log a request on the car. The call centre called me initially and informed me that the dealer would call. 2 days later and no call was when I called the dealer and found out that the car was sold. This was acceptable but yet your agent, Precious Jiyana and Denis Dzapata constantly send me the same scripted message that "they attempted to contact me...." I acknowledged that on my first response to them and highlighted the dealer never contact but I did them. This is simple ignorance from your staff as I am frustrated at getting the same response when I asked for them to close the lead. Train your staff better, maybe reading s****s or some business acumen are in order. Stop contacting me over a vehicle that is already sold.</p>
