Terrible Service and lies

I attended the Auctions on the 29th of july at the Edenvale imperial auto auctions. I had EFT the deposit of 10000.00(which in my books is ridiculous all the other more popular auctions charge 5000.00) none the less, Its the 24th of August now and ive been promised and **** to by the staff at the auction house. The ladies in the registration office are not friendly nore calm. Elsie and company.. I didnt buy a vehicle on the auction therefore my deposit should be refunded the same way that i paid them by eft, When i went to hand in my buyers card after auction they said they will issue a cheque and it will take up to 14 working days.. i left it until the 15th working day, It is now 18 working days and i have not received a thing! Another thing this auction lies about is the \geniune bank repo"advertising! Most of the cars are dealers cars that they put on auction there to make money. And the public get caught by this because most dealers put there cars in these auctions to \""reasons' WATCH OUT FOR THIS AUCTION CENTRE!!"""
