Struggling to get my money back

I went to the auction on 3 June 2015 and bought my buyers card for R10 000.00 and i did not buy anything i was promised to get my refund on 12 June 2015 but nothing has materialized when you call their office they send from one person to the other and no one takes responsibility. They went as far as that they cannot allocate my buyers card, how on earth can they miss place documents of such huge amounts. On 17 June 2015 and was told i will get my refund on Friday 19 but today is the 23rd nothing has happened they i call them again they say another story that i have wait for 14 day for my refund already i have waited for 20 days then it will be 34 days waiting to get my refund. i have incurred more cost trying to get my refund i even had to go to their auction floors on June 16 on my expense i am calling at my expense and no one knows where my refund is sitting this is very frustrating i want my money now or they have to pay with interest.
