false inhouse advertising deposit R9800 lost

On 15april i attended their car auction paid R9800 deposit to attend auction.they advertise inhouse finance by mfc a division of nedbank so i bought two vehicles paid first vehicle in full the when wanting to apply for inhouse finanse they rep**** by saying sorry mfc left their premisses 6 months ago.then i enquired about my R9800 refund they said sorry no refunds.this is *****.how many people have been decieved by this adverti*****t.Vehicle is a opal corsa bakkie 2010 lot 54.
