Absolutely shocking service. For people that deal with military and security service their attitude towards their clients is absolutely shocking. Their sales rep has big attitude and loves to make sure you know HER MOTHER OWNS THE COMPANY. I went into get a bulletproof vest made and got measured 3 times. On arrival to collect my vest. It was 40cm to small and I was attacked and made to feel that it was my fault they made it to small and that I would have to pay more to have it made right. I requested via email and phone call for director Louisa to call to discuss what had happened it is a week later and still no phonecall. So I asked for my money back and will take my business elsewhere. NEBLVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
