Poor Service and Attitude Of Staff at Impala Truck Spares

Very very poor service and the attitude of the staff is appalling!!! I reside 1.5 hours away from the business and call ahead to check if they have the spares I require, only to be told when I get there that they don't have what I require. This has happened on numerous occasions! The last time I returned a spare and asked if they could expedite my refund please, the male staff who assisted me told me " he would go to the toilet and **** it out!" Is this how you speak to your customers!!!
