Private vendetta causes loss of income

It comes with a heavy heart to have to bring this to attention. My family business wanted to attend a public market held on the Impala Park Pre-Primary field and hire a stand for the day, we paid our entrance which was double the amount due to the size of our inflatable range and we happly paid it. Everything was going well, we purchased the stock and rented the items for it as we usually do for these events. The organizer even offered us a space closer to electricity to accommodate us which was great. We then received a call from the organiser telling us that we are not allowed to have a stand anymore as per the principal. Rochelle said we are not allowed on the grounds or to attend the market even as a customer with no reason given. We later found out that Rochelle has a vendetta against one of our employees that resigned from the school. We asked what the problem was because according to our employee they parted ways amicably. Rochelle had no reason why she had an issue with our employee. We unfortunately were short staffed that day and had no other alternatives so we couldn't go and there were costs incurred and we took a loss financially. We find that utterly unfair and dont feel that our business should suffer due to a unknown vendetta that cant be mentioned.

This was a public market and i feel that this was highly unfair to detriment the business income.

If this is how Rochelle, the principal of Impala Park Pre-Primary will treat the staff after resigning, I sure feel sorry for the staff that currently work there.
