Poor customer service

<p>I call in today to info Impala flats that i will like to response my visit to you place and i was told that it late to do so before today's call i call in on Tuesday and i was told i can do so.And the person i spoke to today was very rude and has no customer relation/service.before all this no rules where sent to me regards Impala. After my experience today i asked myself if i still want to visit your place.All this 'is happening before i even visit the place.</p> <p> <br />I'm not happy at all. my interest is gone.Impala flats I want my deposit back.</p>
