Impala holiday flats not safe for your belongings

We use impala holiday flats every time we come down to kzn for business but would not do so again.as the staff takes whatever they like from your unit after going through your personal belongings if you are not there. It also doesn't help to complain as the management only say they will look into the matter and never come back to you it is frustrating especially if they are paid in advance every time pls don't waste your money or time rather go somewhere else
