Poor etchics

I hereby want to report the Company which operates and is advertised as a service provider to present courses under the name of Impala Business Concepts (Pty) Ltd (IBC). They included typical impressive “CPD-point certificates” in their adverti*****t which they normally issue to engineers who complete the courses successfully. I even checked the information with the professional engineer that was supposed to present the concrete course from 16-18 March 2022 (Sandton), before I made the payment to IBC. As usual, for similar “CPD –point” courses, I paid the course fee of R5799 in advance. IBC canceled the course on short notice – 3 days before the course was supposed to start in Sandton. IBC promised in writing that they will refund us by 31st March 2022. After seven weeks and many empty promises by e-mail and by telephone, no refund was received to date. The intention of this e-mail is to make people who intend to do business with IBC aware of the poor ethics we experienced with this company. We had a very bad experience with Impala Business Concepts (Pty) Ltd. If you see the Impala logo - be cautioned! I made a poor investment in Impala Business Concepts (Pty) Ltd.
