Tribal Headgear White Grey - MEDIUM | 14+YEARS | 56-57cm

I bought my son a Tribal Headgear White Grey - MEDIUM | 14+YEARS | 56-57cm on 17 December 2022 as a Christmas gift. I received a return mail on the same day with an order confirmation number [Order #84374] (17/12/2022) on the mail stating that my order is in process and will be delivered in 3-5 working days. according top my calendar the headgear was supposed to be delivered between 21 and 23 December. Today is the 28th already and still no headgear delivered. This is very poor service and my son had a GREAT Christmas. By the way I noticed that they are making use of Shorthaul Door to door delivery by Fastway. Not so fast after all
