Impact security

Hi, I was a member of a security black owner company called Impact security which the owner sold himself with all the good benefits we going to get. In May I started having problems with my alarm system after they came to fix a panic button that was not working anymore. The alarm would go off and I will be contacted and I will tell them I am at work. They will tell me the patrol will come but I wouldn't get any feedback on what is going until I called my neighbor to check my house. I asked them to to come check the system they told me the only time they could come is on weekends during the week they only service PTA. I was angry but waited for them to come. First week of June they came but the problem didn't stop the alarm would go off even at night while we are sleeping and now no calls from control room only from the system itself that is in my house. Again I was told they will fix it on weekend. I kept getting calls from the control room and I will tell them I am not at home am at work. On the 9th of June my house was broken into and I received a call from them and I told them I am on my way to work I just left the house they did nothing only to find out that ********* were helping themselves in my house. I claimed for what is lost however I haven't heard a word from them till today. I want them to account for my loss as I've been reporting their faulty alarm ever since but nothing happened instead I got broken into and my staff taken.
