Avoid Impact Plumbing and Electrical.

We hired Impact Plumbing and Electrical to fix the damp problem, some plumbing and electrical work in our house. In the beginning the service was good, but it rapidly declined after we paid the final 50% before the work was complete.

They never reinstated our garage back to it's original state, even though they said they would. The cupboard doors were left incomplete. I had not nag to receive the 10 year guarantee that they offered us on the job for over 5 weeks. I have asked them to return and complete the job, but they have not bothered to confirm a date, stating that they are very busy with other clients.

Considering there are so many small businesses in this industry that are desperate for work, I would recommend that you do not employ Impact. Rather give your money and business to a reputable contractor that honours the completion of the job. We spent a lof of money with this company and it's disappointing that they never completed the job as promised but were happy to take our money.
