Terrible service

Last year we entered into a contract with impact coating to damp proof and paint our complex. From the start the service was shocking, Jarred failed to produce a safety file but commenced work nonetheless. His crew worked without the necessary safety items, the ladders looked like they came from the ark. There was never a site manager. Not even six months later paint is already pealing off the wall and certain areas where damp proofing was supposedly done has started to go mouldy. I find his unresponsiveness, failure to accept bad workmanship and his non professionalism shocking. I would not recommend any company that Jarred is associated with to anyone!
