poor workmanship and ruined roof...If you want your roof painted, go elsewhere!!!

<p>If you want your roof painted, go elsewhere!!! Staff pitch up without tools, not even a ladder. When us, the client, had to lend them tools this is used as an excuse to not fix what thye broke using the tools we had to lend them. Grinders were used to cut tiles to replace broken ones in the valleys and the flashing was cut causing leaks into the house which they are refusing to fix without additional payments. Staff arrived to collect payments directly from us as they could not contact the Impact coatings site managers and were not paid for work they had done. Payments were requested prior to the completion of the project to try keep staff on site to complete the job over and above the contractual percentages due for deposit and the contract saying we should only pay final on completion. A max 2 week job has now taken over 3 months!!!!!</p>
