Lack of response to queries and lack of interest in ensuring health and safety in place

Impact Coatings is doing a waterproofing, paint job at the complex I live in.

I have all but begged Jarrod for safety files relating to the contractors to no avail. He has a don't care attitude. I sent him photos yesterday of workers not wearing safety shoes standing on a ladder with no one holding it. He has not even responded. It's disgusting the no care attitude he puts out.
