Service is bad they sell repossessed vehicles, asking for deposits to keep it from entering the auction but due missing the cut off by 7minutes they try to milk you for more money promising it will them be kept for you and if you refuse they try to milk you for a processing fee in order to to an immediate refund of the deposit and if you refuse they say refund will be done within 21day minus a fee thus you won't even get the full deposit back. Even after doing the ground work to check whether they are legit they seem to be a bunch of ****mers.

Today the day after we made the initial deposit payment of which was 7 minutes after the cut of and of which we refused to pay more in order to secure the vehicle purchase, we requested the refund of the deposit for which we had to send proof our bank details, these ****mers tried taking fees from our account but luckily our bank was able to pick this up and our bank's ***** department prevented this. But it just shows how far they will go in order to get what they want. Please to any one looking to buy from Impact Auto Sales, stay away they are ****mers.
