Beware - POOR workmanship, BAD attitude.

On Tuesday morning I went back to Impact Auto Gearbox And Differentials, because my Land-rover gearbox (as mentioned in my first report) would not go into 4x4. Because of the fact that I reported them here on Hello Peter, the ***ner?) told me that we've reached a dead end, and just walked away. Refusing to do anything about their poor workmanship and unprofessional client service (or the complete lack of it). There is supposed to be a guarantee. Being a business person myself, if my workers didn't put all the parts back after working on a clients' goods for starters - after which the lady in my office screamed and sweared like a crazy person at the client for not being satisfied with the poor workmanship - and after that received a bad report on Hello Peter... I would have gone out of my way to make it up to the client, and keep my guarantee. I would most probably gave the client his money back, and repaired the goods for free. I didn't even expect that of Impact auto, I just wanted them to repair the gearbox properly, as it wouldn't go into 4 x 4. We had to take it to Beltrade ( ***) now, to get it fixed.
