Worst company won't refund even though sewage in river

<p>I contacted Rene at impac adventure last year NOV 2016 to book a river rafting trip. After booking and paying the 50% deposit one of our friends told us there was sewage flowing into the river and a couple of his friends had been hospitalised after river rafting. I looked online and found a ewn news link explaining the spill: http://m.ewn.co.za/2016/11/07/sewage-spill-hits-hartbee****rt-dam. I immediatly contacted Rene and told her we wouldnt be rafting due to the spill. After several emails she agreed to refund me. I have made numerous phone calls to Rene who promised to refund , told me she had refunded and now completely ignores all my calls and emails. To date ( now June 2017) I have not been refunded. I would not recommend Imact Adventures. Be very careful ! </p>
