River Rafting Experience and a Burger Each from R395 for Two at Impact Adventure-Africa (Up to 60% Off)

<p>I recently purchased the above mentioned voucher off of Groupon and I can definitely say that it was not a great experience at all.</p> <p>The voucher states that the river rafting takes place at:<br />Phaladingwe Nature Reserve,<br />Hartbee****rt,<br />Pretoria, GUATENG R512</p> <p>The booking was made for 12:00. The instructors only started the journey at 13:30. There were no restrooms available.</p> <p>On the day of the booking we were informed that the location had been moved to Hill and Dale accommodation. When we drove through to Hill and Dale and pressed the buzzer we were informed that there was no booking for river rafting. at which point the lady in charge of the river rafting was waiting outside of the gate and instructed us that we were to park the car outside in an insecure area.</p> <p>The river rafting took place in the Jukskei river near Lanseria, which is well known for being an extremely polluted river. The water smelt strongly of sewage, at certain points we were instructed not to get into the water due to the severity of pollution.</p> <p>The voucher includes a burger which we did receive. The burgers were given to us in a brown paper bag with about 10 crisps.</p> <p>There are no restroom families for you to change your dirty clothing (Which smell exactly like the water after an hour and a half on the river).</p> <p>Needless to say I would not advise anyone to purchase the voucher nor to pay the full price for the experience as you will not be getting your money's worth.</p>
