Openly *****ing customer's money
I bought a secondhand vehicle and took out a warranty specifically when something breaks. Taking my money was easy, but now that something actually did break, they do not want to approve the claim stating these parts are not covered by the warranty.
I even asked them what would happen if I leave this oil leak and let the mechanical part it covers eventually break, and the consultant immediately stated they do not cover mechanical breaks if it was caused by an oil leak.
Why do I then have this policy when something small breaks and it could easily be repaired to avoid something major breaks for them not to cover that as well? I suggest staying away from this company to begin with
