Impac platinum warranty

After buying my car I took out the warranty , thank goodness for impac they have covered over 30k worth of repairs in the last two years , I am very happy with them but please before taking car to the workshop make sure to call them and ask where they would like to have the car repaired , then tell the rmi approved dealer they choose to get in contact with them to arrange payment , only twice they have not covered the full amount of the repair by paying close to 40% and I covered the other 60% overall I am happy with them .
