BAD SERVICE iMPAC CLAIMS
I wish this grievance to be escalated to your SUPERVISOR and MAMAGEMENT.
Attached Restriction as per RSA Level 3: o1 June 2020 till 17 August 2020 – I wish to focus your attention to Section L point 3 marked in yellow: L. Repair and related emergency services: 1. Tow trucks and vehicle recovery services 2. Emergency repair work, including plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, glaziers, roof repair work 3. Emergency automobile repairs for all persons The statement made by Zultan ‘’ Lockdown restrictions were eased on the 1st of June. Service could have been done by the due date’’. This clearly Shows the a lack of knowledge of claims technician of what the restrictions were at the time. Also the comment that the service could have been done by the due date was unasked for. Firstly my focus during the corona pandemic is for me and my wife to stay safe and in good health. Further more the yearly service does NOT count under Emergency automobile repairs.
The sector only opened during Lockdown Level 2 as per attached second document. I wish to focus your attention to Section L point 2 marked in yellow: 18 August 2020 – 19 September 2020 L. Repair and related emergency services: 1. Tow trucks and vehicle recovery services 2. All repair work, including plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, glaziers, roof repair work 3. All automobile repairs As stated my focus was for us to stay safe and with all other sections that gave extensions due to the pandemic it never came up that it would be an issue to take the vehicle for a service in September. The vehicle only did between 3000km and 4000km since it prior service and is in good running order. The only problem is that it push out a puff of smoke when started up in the morning, and the request from the service station was to look into that before it might become a big expensive problem. That to save iMPAC as well as me money at the end. The response from the claims technician clearly shows the unwillingness to render a service. iMPAC issued the warranty without any problems and received their money by now when a claim is issued I receive a lot of stories. This without taking the situation that the world is in into consideration. This shows that iMPAC is clearly not here to help clients at all.
