Damage to an L lounge Suite

<p>On the 23rd of April Imove damaged a grey lounge suite of my mother and father in law they used blankets which is normal to cover everything on delivery they unpacked the lounge suite and rust marks were now on the lounge suite from the rust that was on the blankets. We contacted Imove and they refused to sort this out and now the lounge suite is damaged and my Mother in law is left clueless.</p> <p> </p>
