Unhygienic Holiday

Good day, my family and I booked at IMN LODGE from the 24th March to 28th March 2016. Upon arrival the house was in a very bad state. There was a dead ****roach in the kitchen cupboard, a single fridge in each of the 2 houses and both fridges were not working causing our food to spoil, there was a blocked drain with stagnant water and many other complaints. I tried numerous times to contact the owner/ manager but to no avail. I evenly got a hold of him 2 days into our stay requesting a domestic helper to clean the house and assist with the fridges. His response was my standards are to high and his never had complaints before. I have take many pictures of the state of the house and wrote numerous negative reviews. His response to the matter is if I don't remove the review he will have no choice but to sue me for loss income as a result of my negative review. He has also withheld my deposit which should of been refunded. Please can you help and assist me in this matter. <br> <br> Kind regards <br> Mrs Williams<br> <br>
