********* Business Practices

On 25th of February 2023 I had come across the Immundi Weightloss plan on instagram. The site marketed their weighloss plan with a focus on providing a anti inflammatory diet custom built according to each person's needs. I signed up for the 6 month plan on the same day. within 5 minutes of making the payment - and I literally mean 5 minutes, I realised that this was a **** based on comments I saw on Instagram from some users wich led me to do a broader search online. On realising that the programme was misrepresenting themselves I sent an email ****erally within 10 mins of the initial sign-up) advising the company that I wanted to cancel the subscription and asked for a refund.

On the same day I received feedback from Immundi via email saying it's not possible and no refund will be provided. I then wrote back explaining that I hadn't used the plan and had no intention of doing so that this was falsely advertised. At no point did the subscription process state that there are no refunds and further explained that in terms of the Consumer Protection Act this was ********. To date I have had no further feedback from Immundi. This ********* business practice and false advertising makes them a business that essentially is *****ing peoples money. Don't support ********* businesses like Immundi.
