****MERS!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A **** *** UPDATE *** (ISSUE STILL UNRESOLVED! ) After multiple emails I received the following: “ A 30% refund was the exception that we made for you, as we do not offer refunds. However, as you are our esteemed customer, we have updated the refund percentage to 50% so that both parties get benefits. Would you like us to process the 50% refund?”

I advised I would not accept a 50% refund of UNAUTHORIZED charges. (So that both parties get benefits?!)

I then received another email informing me that I would now only receive a 30% refund and that they have begun the refund process.

This is egregious! I refuse to accept this. *************************************************** THIS COMPANY IS A ****!

I was charged $208 USD for an app I did NOT sign up for.

Aug 13,2023 -$51.99 USD Nov 16,2023 -$71.99 USD Feb 20,2024 -$71.99 USD

I was made aware of the charges on my PayPal account and searched up the company, to discover it is an app, for which I have never downloaded or signed into.

I contact the company, they could not find a record of any log in. When I insisted on a refund, they offered 30% refund of $208 USD. I will not accept the charges or a partial refund.

After searching multiple reviews of this company, I see that I am not the only person who has had this experience.

I will be filing a complaint with the governing body of their state - this is unacceptable, and I will continue to fight these charges.
