Immigration Migration: Broken Commitments

I trusted Immigration Migration Limited to deliver recruitment and settlement services, but they failed to uphold the most important part of the agreement. While my teaching registration and practising certificate were completed in March 2025, recruitment support collapsed due to internal miscommunication and poor handovers. Instead of proactive employer engagement, I was left to apply for jobs on my own, with little meaningful assistance. I had to chase the company repeatedly just to get basic responses, which wasted time and caused unnecessary stress. Clause 18, which refers to cancellation due to client non‑compliance, does not apply, since the delays were admitted to be internal failures. Despite acknowledging shortcomings, the company only offered a token goodwill refund of NZD 300–500, which is far below what is fair. Even after confirming a refund was approved, they have dragged their feet and delayed processing, leaving me without resolution. Immigration Migration Limited has breached its contractual obligations, and I demand accountability through a full and timely refund that reflects the services they failed to deliver. I would not recommend this company.
