Avoid this company at all costs!

Without doubt, the most unprofessional and incapable service of this kind available. Gerrit demands full payment upfront and from that moment onwards, your requests for feedback are simply ignored; Gerrit refuses to ever take your call, electing instead to palm you off to his 'lesser qualified' assistants who attempt to help. When you then follow up with an email to confirm what you've been told, he then replies in his clumsy attempt at legalese prose to confirm that they are in fact not qualified to impart information, yet he is too much of a ***ard to take a call or face-to-face meeting to explain his serial incompetence and lies. Almost 4 months have elapsed and I've yet to receive the correct document that I paid upfront for in full. Avoid this 'company' like the plague - they do not even deserve a 1-star rating.
