Anthonian Retreat flat survey

<div>This company is Immer property management or, I am currently a tenant at one of their properties in Jeppestown, the Anthonian Retreat flat. We were made to sign surveys of the flats well being and what we we not happy about and what could be updated,but since November 2020 have had no feedback or update and the caretaker is powerless and always has no solutions and answers. The kitchen cupboards are fall apart,the pipes are bursting,the drains clogged,mice infestation,taps need to be changed.how on earth can we live comfortably if we the tenants aren't happy. We need answers and we need actions soon.</div>
